I really enjoyed the mix between learning the theory and using it in practice. Having the ability to relay the information into current work scenarios and workshopping them in the peer coaching sessions, was extremely beneficial.

This course has been a really insightful opportunity. Being intentional of taking time to self-reflect and challenge myself on unpacking what practical leadership means whilst practicing this in real application.
