ESG in the Property Sector is an exceptional course providing the underlying rationale and practical application to achieving environmental and social impacts in the property sector. It enabled the participants to interact and share how to go about engagement with internal and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful impacts. All the presenters efficiently and effectively covered their topics in a short space of time, which included Green Star, NABERS and sustainable finance.

I really enjoyed the mix between learning the theory and using it in practice. Having the ability to relay the information into current work scenarios and workshopping them in the peer coaching sessions, was extremely beneficial.

I found the Industrial and Supply Chain Diploma through the Property Council of Australia very rewarding. A vast number of industry leaders not only gave their time, but also amazing insights, tips, tricks and real-world examples in their area of expertise. I would highly recommend the course to anyone looking for a solid foundation or refresher course in the industrial and supply chain landscape.
Geoff PageLease Manager, Queensland Government Accommodation Office
This course has been a really insightful opportunity. Being intentional of taking time to self-reflect and challenge myself on unpacking what practical leadership means whilst practicing this in real application. Doing this with other leaders in the broader industry, has been helpful to get applicable feedback that’s easily applied for day to day environments whether its work or life.
Hannah SandsProject Manager, Diadem
My colleagues and I found the course to be highly enjoyable. The course encouraged us to think creatively but also in a structured format. The presenter was inclusive and had a deep understanding of the subject matter and everyone was encouraged to participate and have their voice heard. All in all we felt it was a nice change of subject and genuinely recommend this course to others.

Pei Wei LeiSenior Construction Manager ‑ Northern, Property | Finance Governance & Commercial, Australia Post
As someone without a valuation background, I found the 'Valuation for Non-Valuers' course really informative. Clinton Ostwald explained complex valuation concepts in a clear and straightforward way, and the real-world examples he shared made the content easy to relate to and understand.
Michael CowanFund Accountant, Clarence Property
The Operations and Facilities Management Part 1 course was well-structured, informative and insightful. The various industry veterans that presented their topics shared their valuable knowledge and experience, which ensured the training was relevant. The facilitator’s experience was invaluable in bringing all of the content together and I came away from the course with a concrete understanding of Operations and Facilities Management and a new appreciation for all that FMs do in their roles. I would highly recommend this course to both industry newbies and experienced professionals.

The Tenant’s Perspective – Commercial Leasing course provided valuable insight into the often-overlooked hidden costs and risks embedded in commercial leases, which can significantly affect a tenant’s long-term business viability. I now feel more confident in ensuring lease terms that better align with my organisation’s needs and in securing more favourable outcomes from a tenant’s perspective.
Trevor StilesHead of Infrastructure & Assets Network Operations, Australia Post
A heartfelt thank you to the PCA and Marcus Greening for hosting such an engaging and informative Build-to-rent course at our Perth office yesterday. We were fortunate to hear from a fantastic lineup of presenters, including Luke Mackintosh (BDO), David Cresp (Urbis), Andrew Cunningham (Rowe Group), Justine Roberts GAICD (Bridge 42) and Marcus Greening (I2C).
The workshop delivered a thorough exploration of this emerging asset class, offering valuable insights into policy frameworks, industry benchmarks, planning strategies, operational models and design considerations.
We’re excited to follow the evolution of this asset class and observe how upcoming policy developments will shape its future.

The structure, content and delivery of Valuation for Non-Valuers was terrific. Clinton was very generous in sharing both his time and his wealth of experience with the participants and the day was well worthwhile. My knowledge in the valuation process and the drivers for the inputs to a valuation outcome is significantly enhanced from attending this course.
