The Learning and Development Manager (In-House Programs) is responsible for driving the growth and success of the in-house training business line within the Property Council Academy. This role involves leveraging strategic sales, business development skills, and learning design expertise to develop and deliver tailored training solutions for Property Council members.

To develop and advocate public policy positions across the Illawarra Shoalhaven region with supporting commercial activities that progress the Division’s policy, advocacy and membership priorities.

To assist the Commercial Director in partnership acquisition and delivery inclusive of corporate, event and program partners. This role will be responsible for administrative aspects relating to commercial activities (membership, partnership and events) in VIC / TAS.

Responsibility for the required administrative aspects relating to commercial activities (membership, sponsorship and events) in NSW and provide assistance to NSW events team to ensure successful delivery of our NSW & ACT events program.
