As leaders, it’s our primary role to support the development of our team members, and the best way of unlocking a person’s potential is through coaching.
Coaching will always be a discussion, rather than a lesson. How you listen is more important than what you say. But getting it right will maximise the performance of nit just the coachee, but the whole team.

- Identify when a coaching approach is appropriate
- Explain how coaching benefits a team member
- Understand the importance of effective listening and questioning techniques in a coaching conversation
- Practice using the GROW model to conduct a coaching conversation
