At the end of this module participants will be able to:
- Improve their awareness of how they spend their time, recognising opportunities to prioritise tasks and utilise their peak performance time more effectively
- Increase their time arrangement skills by identifying techniques to increase efficiency
- Understand how adaption skills will allow them to adjust to interruptions or changing priorities that impact their planned schedule
- Create a plan to make time for the important areas of their life
