The Property Congress Annual Golf Day & Clinic is a separately ticketed event that can be added to your ticket during or after your registration process.

The championship 18-hole golf course in the stunning Swan Valley, await your arrival. With lush bent grass greens, among the largest in the country, unique bunkering and a beautiful natural layout, you will be tested on every hole whilst also taking time to soak up the surroundings.

The Ambrose format allows for the seasoned pro, weekend warrior and inexperienced player to compete side by side in a team environment.

Dress Code
While the Townsville Golf Club understands we live in the tropics and it is important for everyone to feel comfortable playing their round of golf, certain dress regulations do apply to reflect the dignity of the club.
Men:
The following dress attire is acceptable:
- Shirts should have a collar and worn inside the waistband unless the shirt is tailored and fitted to be worn outside.
- Tailored slacks, cargo pants/shorts or tailored shorts. Socks must be worn on the course and are to be predominantly white. If wearing knee-high socks, these must be kept up at all times.
- Golf shoes to be fitted with soft spikes only
- Enclosed shoes without socks are acceptable in and around the clubhouse before and after golf.
The following dress attire is not acceptable:
- Beach attire, football clothes and socks, including shorts with drawstring waist, singlet tops.
Ladies:
The following dress attire is acceptable:
- Shirts should have a collar and be worn inside the waistband unless the shirt is tailored and fitted to be worn outside.
- Tailored slacks, skirts, divided skirts, cargo pants or shorts. Although shorts are not regulated to a specific length, they must be smart and dignified.
- Golf shoes to be fitted with soft spikes only
The following dress attire is NOT acceptable:
- Beach attire or singlet tops.
