The Property Congress Annual Golf Day & Clinic is a separately ticketed event that can be added to your ticket during or after your registration process.
Join us for day on the green including a full day of networking, laughs and so much more.
The Ambrose format allows for the seasoned pro, weekend warrior and inexperienced player to compete side by side in a team environment.
This year we are thrilled to be offering a golf clinic to learn from the pros with a lesson and lunch, without the commitment of 18 holes. Bring an industry peer or client to enjoy a great chance to network.
With a networking lunch, awards presentation and travel included it’s a day not to be missed!
Recent refurbishments completed to the Townsville Golf Course have produced one of Queensland’s finest golf course experiences.
With Bob Harrison and Karrie Webb both collaborating on the design, each hole is a perfect blend of challenge and playability. The Townsville Golf Club is without a doubt a North Queensland favourite.
Whether you’re an avid golfer or you’d just like to get involved the Property Congress Golf Challenge is the must-have addition to your Property Congress experience.

Dress Code
While the Townsville Golf Club understands we live in the tropics and it is important for everyone to feel comfortable playing their round of golf, certain dress regulations do apply to reflect the dignity of the club.
Men:
The following dress attire is acceptable:
- Shirts should have a collar and worn inside the waistband unless the shirt is tailored and fitted to be worn outside.
- Tailored slacks, cargo pants/shorts or tailored shorts. Socks must be worn on the course and are to be predominantly white. If wearing knee-high socks, these must be kept up at all times.
- Golf shoes to be fitted with soft spikes only
- Enclosed shoes without socks are acceptable in and around the clubhouse before and after golf.
The following dress attire is not acceptable:
- Beach attire, football clothes and socks, including shorts with drawstring waist, singlet tops.
Ladies:
The following dress attire is acceptable:
- Shirts should have a collar and be worn inside the waistband unless the shirt is tailored and fitted to be worn outside.
- Tailored slacks, skirts, divided skirts, cargo pants or shorts. Although shorts are not regulated to a specific length, they must be smart and dignified.
- Golf shoes to be fitted with soft spikes only
The following dress attire is NOT acceptable:
- Beach attire or singlet tops.
