The Power of People
Following on from the successful 2024 event we are excited to be holding the Queensland People in Property Awards again in 2025. These awards are designed to acknowledge and celebrate the incredible people in the industry here in Queensland.
With seven categories the awards serve as the perfect platform to recognise the outstanding work and achievements of those who are leading their field.
The judges will be made up from representatives from the Division Council and other senior executives from the property industry.
The decision of the judging panel is final and no communication will be entered into concerning the final decision.

This award recognises an individual who is a bright industry up-and-comer doing outstanding work in their field.
This award recognises individuals who have implemented and delivered outstanding initiatives that benefit the people within their organisation.
This award recognises individuals finding and delivering creative solutions to business challenges and showing operational excellence and innovative spirit that may not otherwise be recognised.
This award recognises individuals who contribute significantly and consistently to the property industry beyond their own organisation, over an extended period of time, and for the purpose of advancing the industry and its people through knowledge sharing, advocacy and/or leadership.
This award recognises teams who deliver consistently high levels of service to internal or external stakeholders and demonstrate excellent collaboration in the creative and effective ways they discharge their responsibilities.
This award recognises an individual who has been instrumental in integrating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into their business, leading to an inclusive workforce and serving as an inspiration to others.
This award celebrates the individual whose achievements and contributions to the industry will be remembered for generations to come. Not open for nomination.

FAQs
Yes. If your company is not currently a Property Council of Australia member, contact the national membership team at [email protected] for more information on membership rates and benefits.
The nomination form must be completed by the due date via the online portal. We encourage all nominations, including self-nomination. The judges will assess all nominations based on the written responses in the nomination form against the individual award criteria.
The criteria are weighted to give entrants an understanding of what the judges will be focusing on. This weighting is also reflected in the judging score sheets.
The judges will be made up from representatives from the Division Council and other senior executives from the Property industry .
The decision of the judging panel is final and no communication will be entered into concerning the final decision.
All nominations must be submitted through the online nomination portal, nominations will not be accepted via email entry.
All nominations will go through a strict judging process prior to finalists and winners being selected. If sufficient applications are not received for an award category, the Property Council reserves the right not to proceed to awarding a winner.
