For teams who deliver consistently high levels of service to internal or external stakeholders and demonstrate excellent collaboration in the creative and effective ways they discharge their responsibilities. 

Criteria

Team profile – (Limit 1,000 words) – 40% weighting

  1. Provide an overview of team

  2. Detail the dynamic of team (how does it work, why is it successful?)

  3. Detail who is the leader and why they are effective in leading the team

  4. Share the overall results/outcomes of the team (a contribution, project, program, overall business results)

  5. How has the results/outcomes contributed to overall business or community success

Industry contribution – (Limit 1,000 words) – 60% weighting

Address how the entrants have made a significant contribution to the property industry. 
List a strategy / innovation / project the entrants has been directly involved with which has shaped Queensland’s property industry. Describe how the entrant contributed to the following elements for the project:

  • Innovation
  • Individual/team contributions
  • Challenges faced and how they were resolved
  • Knowledge sharing via published articles, speaking engagements, certificates and media coverage.

Referee/testimonial interview

Please provide contact details of ONE industry referee who will support this nomination. Referees will only be called if additional information is required.

Note

Please note nominations MUST be submitted by COB Friday, 14 March 2025.

All nominations will go through a comprehensive judging process prior to finalists and winners being selected.

The judges will be made up from representatives from the Division Council and other senior executives from the Property industry.

The decision of the judging panel is final and no communication will be entered into concerning the final decision.

Finalists will only be contact by the judges for an interview should more information be required to assist in the assessment of your nomination.

If enough applications are not received for any of the award categories, the Property Council reserves the right not to award a winner.
