Government Leadership
This award recognises and publicly rewards significant innovation and excellence of a local, state or federal government department or authority in its dealings with the property investment and development industries.
Eligible entrants will be projects, developments or refurbishments that have been completed by 31 December 2022 (and completed in the past 5 years), have been operating for at least one year as at 31 December 2023 and have not previously won the award.
The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only. The nominator or owner of the entry must be the member.

South Sydney’s oldest industrial area is transforming into a new vibrant neighbourhood. The Green Square town centre will showcase world class urban design with sustainable infrastructure and community facilities including library, aquatic centre, school, parks, childcare and creative hub. Infrastructure is funded by a value capture scheme and capital allocations.
