Member Moves and News
Our last Member Moves and News for 2020 includes new members, including one heavily involved in the Perth City Deal, and a number of moves and promotions around town.
Edith Cowan University has become the third Perth-based university to join the Property Council in WA. ECU will be building a major new campus by 2025 at the Perth City Link site between Yagan Square and Kings Square, as part of the game changing $1.5 billion Perth City Deal.
We are delighted to welcome ECU to our membership and look forward to seeing how their plans and projects will unfold to supercharge Perth’s CBD.
We're also excited to welcome welcome Arnowa to the Property Council’s membership. Arnowa use data analytics and a combination of technologies to advise building owners and managers on the performance of their assets across energy, water and environmental factors. Arnowa is familiar to many Property Council members they count as clients. You can find out more about Arnowa here.
Sallese Wilmot-Barr has recently joined Ray White Commercial as an Associate Director. This follows Sallese’s most recent stint as an Associate Director at Knight Frank.
Staying in the leasing world, Theo Smyrniotis has been appointed Partner and Head of Occupier Services WA at Knight Frank. Theo’s latest appointment follows almost seven and a half years in valuation and tenant advisory at Colliers.
