JLL announced the addition of Harry Larwill to its team.

Harry joins JLL from Colliers, where he served as an Eastern specialist for six years, establishing himself as an authority in Melbourne’s eastern industrial market.

As the new head of JLL’s Eastern business, Harry’s focus will be on driving excellence within the team, promoting teamwork and relationship-building and implementing best practice standards.

Michael Rowe, Brendan Hoskins and Chris Forrester have announced the establishment of Beam Planning, a new planning consultancy based in Sydney. Building on decades of experience working in the NSW planning system, Beam Planning will specialise in supporting clients on their planning journey.

Knight Frank Australia has expanded its Valuation and Advisory services in the emerging Living Sectors with a new appointment.

John-Paul Stichbury has been appointed as Partner, Valuation & Advisory at Knight Frank, based in the agency’s Sydney office.

He moves to Knight Frank in Australia after spending seven years in valuation and consultancy at Knight Frank UK in the Baker Street head office, with a specific focus on the high growth living sectors of build-to-rent and co-living.

Ryman Healthcare announced the appointment of Marsha Cadman as Chief Experience and Engagement Officer.

Marsha will return to Ryman after a 10-month hiatus pursuing other opportunities. Previously she was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, leading the function across New Zealand and Australia.

Ingenia Communities Group announced the appointment of Lisa Scenna as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 May 2024.
