Research paper launch: Unlocking industrial land

$195.00The housing crisis has absorbed the national spotlight. However, there is another property class facing a supply crisis.
South Australia’s industrial and employment lands are some of the most strategically located. They are of local, state and national economic significance, and yet the land available to develop these assets is constrained.
With $1.2 trillion worth of goods flowing through Australia’s ‘big sheds’ each year, the value of these assets cannot be ignored. They are the buildings where we work, manufacture, receive, store and distribute goods from.

With $1.2 trillion worth of goods flowing through Australia’s ‘big sheds’ each year, the value of these assets cannot be ignored. They are the buildings where we work, manufacture, receive, store and distribute goods from.
How significant is this issue and what can be done to resolve it? What is the economic benefit of unlocking more industrial and strategic employment land?
Hosted by the South Australian Division of the Property Council, we invite members and guests to join us for lunch as we launch our research paper with solutions to this critical issue.
With strong engagement from a cross section of our members and our industrial committee, we encourage members to book as soon as possible.
