This course is designed for employees who are in leadership roles. It is designed to equipÂ them with a general
knowledge of change management and how to lead a teamÂ through a â€˜changeâ€™ in the workplace.Â
On successful completion of this course employees will have the necessary information to be able to plan, manage
and implement change in the workplace. Employees will also learn what the common reactions to change are, and how
to work through them. They will learn how best to manage change with minimum resistance and how to celebrate
successes and encourage future change implementation.
