The property industry is a diverse and eclectic mix of individuals, skills and businesses. The strength of the industry is borne from the a willingness of all participants to bring passion, innovation, collaboration and identity into the work they do and a security to be embraced in that endeavour. As the property industry grows it is essential businesses continue to foster a culture of inclusion and respect, where employee feel connected with equal opportunity and inspired to create a healthier, more successful future together. The Property Council is thrilled to partner with PrideWA this November to celebrate property’s Pride community, and its supporters. The inaugural Pride in Property Long Lunch will be a celebration of all the individuals who contribute their talents and personal expresses to advancing the property industry. We welcome Gerry Matera, Founder & Director of Marawar, Boya, Eon Protection & Gather Foods and Senior Vice President at Pride WA as our keynote speaker for the event. Come along to help celebrate diversity and support the LGBTQI+ community in our industry.

Guests will also enjoy a comedic performance by Simone Springer, ABC Radio Perth's Friday morning comedian. She’s part of the sell out and award winning comedy group - The Motherhood Comedy and the co-host of Sunday Singles at the Comedy Lounge. Simone was host of 100.9fm Rainbow Kinection for four years which won a CBAA for best new show its first year and she hosts The Couch TV segment “Questionable” on Foxtel. Simone was a Raw Comedy state finalist and has appeared on Channel 10's The Project TV and Channel 7's Sunrise. Simone has had sell out shows at both Fringeworld and Perth comedy festival. Additionally we'll be treated to a show stopping performance by the colourful, fun and fabulous, Perri Prism, multi-faceted fantasy fashionista dream queen.





Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing however no refunds will be given to cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the event as catering arrangements have already been confirmed. We are happy to accept a replacement at no additional cost.

Terms and conditions

The collection of individual registration details is primarily so that we can register you, your colleagues and guests for the event. The information provided will be stored in the Property Council's database and may be used for future marketing of Property Council events. By providing registration information you acknowledge and confirm the Property Council may provide guest names and their place of employment to the event sponsors, some of whom may be located outside of Australia, for the express purpose of improving networking opportunities and enhancing the guest experience. If you or your guests do not wish for this information to be made available to external parties, we ask that you notify us by email at [email protected] Please ensure that you draw the attention of your colleagues and guests to these terms and conditions. For more information on the Property Council's Privacy Policy, please refer to privacy policy. Registrations are for individual delegates only and cannot be split or shared between multiple people. Payment is required prior to the event. The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to alter speaker/s or program of events or cancel the event in its entirety. The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the premises any person who it considers (in their sole and absolute discretion) is causing annoyance. Your registration is accepted on the basis of these conditions. The collection of individual registration details is primarily so that we can register you and your colleagues for the event. If you do not wish your details to be made available to external parties, we ask that you notify us by a written request to the Property Council Database Manager. Property Council often undertakes or facilitates photography and/or video at our events and conferences. These images and footage may be used in future promotions that include but are not limited to website, direct mail, marketing collateral, email, sales documents and other uses by Property Council of Australia. Should a registered participant seek to be excluded from such future uses of images, you must register your request with a Property Council staff member on the day of the designated event. No further correspondence or permissions will alternatively be sought.
