Perth's Vibrant Future

Western Australia’s apartment and multi-unit development sector faces a  changed landscape in 2019 – and one offering a pathway to a new era of exciting opportunities.

While tightened lending practices and current market conditions require careful navigation, it’s clear that new policy settings and a refreshed approach to planning, transport and lifestyle decisions across Perth point to a bright future for residential developers.

METRONET, Design WA and Community Titles legislation are just some of the potential game changers expected to attract new buyers and greater investment into the sector, as a growing number of young professionals, empty nesters and families embrace
the benefits of higher-density living.

This year’s Multi-Unit Residential Conference offers the opportunity to hear from industry leaders on the challenges and opportunities ahead for 2019:

- Market outlook and emerging trends across buyer demographics

- How Design WA, METRONET and the new Community Titles legislation will
address old issues, and benefit developers and communities

- Changes to bank financing, and what you need to know when selling off the plan

- What investors and future residents are really looking for in multi-unit or
apartment properties

Learn from industry leaders how new policy settings will create a vibrant future for apartment developers.
