We don’t have a crystal ball or tarot cards, but we have the next best thing…

Looking back can help us look forward. And with historical data on 4,000-plus office buildings stretching back to 1990, the Property Council’s Office Market Report can help us paint a picture of the future.

JLL’s Director of Research in WA, Ronak Bhimjiani, will unpack the findings from our latest research in a relaxed atmosphere at Print Hall, Brookfield Place.

Then Sarah Jacobs, Centuria’s Transactions Manager, and David Ockenden, GDI Property Group’s Head of Development, will combine for a lively discussion about where the market is headed. What do they make of the trends? And what are the office market’s biggest opportunities and obstacles on the horizon?

Start the year with the best market intelligence. The Property Council’s casual sundowner will share the office market insights you need to start 2022.
