Notes

With Victorians spending more time in their homes than ever before, how, and where we all live became a focal point of 2020.

As we emerge from the crisis, will buyers want to stay close to the action and enjoy the convenience of higher-density living, or will we see the demand for house and land packages and regional areas continue?

Will we choose to go up, or out?

Melbourne experienced higher growth rates and had strong demand fundamentals before the onset of COVID, but with lower international migration projected, how can Victoria continue to position itself as an attractive investment destination?

Join our panel of experts to unpack what is fuelling customer demand, the trends to look out for in the residential market in 2021, and what support measures our industry needs in order to remain buoyant as we recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
