Retail has had an extraordinary 12 months.

Significant changes in the retail sector were accelerated in 2020, with health restrictions leading to surges in online retail, home delivery and takeaway food and beverage options.

In response, retailers quickly had to pivot their strategies to incorporate a greater focus on e-commerce, but where has this left bricks and mortar retailing?

Delve into the future of retail at this interactive online forum, where our panellists will discuss the forces shaping the sector, how changing consumer behaviour is driving longer term retail strategies and ways to prepare for the changing tides ahead.

  • How important will place and experience be for the future of retail to increase footfall and instil confidence in consumers?
  • What will retail leasing look like in a post-COVID era as landlords and tenants require greater flexibility?
  • How can retailers utilise an omni-channel retail strategy to unite user experiences across bricks and mortar and online?
