Notes

A site tour of an exciting new development and an opportunity to hear from the State’s newest Health Minister – this exclusive event is a double whammy not to be missed!

Southern Cross Care’s Carmelite is the newest retirement living development in Adelaide – perched in the foothills and located on the grounds of an old monastery, this is a unique offering for South Australian seniors. See behind the iconic stone walls before the rest of the State and be inspired by the future of retirement living.

Minister Stephen Wade took the reins of the Health and Wellbeing portfolio at a tumultuous time – the new Retirement Villages Act was newly operational and the Royal Commission into Aged Care had just begun. It’s been a busy first year for the Minister, and this is your chance to hear about his vision for retirement living and aged care in the state in an intimate setting. What is the State Government’s plan for the sector going forwards, and what opportunities does our ageing population present for developers?

Book now and be at the forefront of the retirement living conversation in SA.
