Managed by the Property Council of Australia, the National Innovation & Excellence Awards is one of the most prestigious property awards programs in Australia, promoting excellence in design and innovation in the built environment since 1982.  

The Property Council of Australia aims to showcase superior examples of iconic projects in property development and investment across a broad range of sectors and design disciplines. 

The Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards Gala Dinner is a celebration of finalists crowning the industry’s best projects, people and companies. Finalists in the awards congregate alongside VIPs from government, industry and international property professionals as recipients of one of the 19 prestigious Award Categories with the overall pinnacle ‘Rider Levett Bucknall Australian Development of the Year’ award also being announced.

Cancellation policy

Registration Cancellation · All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] · Cancellation requests received before 17 November 2021 will receive a full refund · Cancellation requests received from 17 November 2021 will receive NO REFUND · A replacement delegate will be accepted up until 10 December 2021 for all registrations COVID-19 Given the staged approach to reopening, and our prioritisation of the safety of anyone attending a Property Council event especially during this transitional phase, in addition to the above and for the balance of the 2021 calendar year, only fully vaccinated guests will be able to attend this event. If you or your guests will not be fully vaccinated before the date of the event, please contact us to discuss the options available to you. If the government requirements change in advance of the event, we will contact you and update you about your attendance. Event Cancellation We will offer a FULL REFUND of your registration cost if the event is cancelled because the Commonwealth or NSW Government extends or amends its existing COVID-19 restrictions. Unable to attend We will also offer a FULL REFUND of your registration if you are unable to attend the event due to: · You are unable to attend due to border closures; · changes in your organisation’s protocols regarding event attendance; · you present with flu like or COVID-19 symptoms pre-event; or · you answer yes to any of the screening questions at registration and are refused entry

Terms and conditions

Registrations are for individual delegates only and cannot be split or shared between multiple people. Payment is required prior to the event. The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to alter speaker/s or program of events or cancel the event in its entirety. The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the premises any person who it considers (in their sole and absolute discretion) is causing annoyance. Your registration is accepted on the basis of these conditions. The collection of individual registration details is primarily so that we can register you and your colleagues for the event. The information will be stored in the Property Council’s database and may be used for future marketing of Property Council events and may also be provided to the event sponsors. If you do not wish your details to be made available to external parties, we ask that you notify us by a written request to the Property Council Database Manager. Property Council often undertakes or facilitates photography and/or video at our events and conferences. These images and footage may be used in future promotions that include but are not limited to website, direct mail, marketing collateral, email, sales documents and other uses by Property Council of Australia. Should a registered participant seek to be excluded from such future uses of images, you must register your request with a Property Council staff member on the day of the designated event. No further correspondence or permissions will alternatively be sought.
