LEADERSHIP IN RETIREMENT LIVING
THIS COURSE WILL RUN OVER 2 FULL DAYS, 25 November & 2 December 2021
Developed in partnership with retirement living and leadership experts, this two-day course is a unique program designed for managers working in retirement living.
Participants will develop their leadership capability and people management skills needed to achieve success within the complexities of a retirement living setting.
- Know themselves and adapt their approach to positively impact others and village culture
- Engage and motivate people to achieve the best outcomes for residents, the village and the business
- Understand the bigger picture and steer their teams in the right direction to achieve results
