The Property Council of Australia (ACT Division) along with sponsors JLL and Synergy Group, are thrilled to be able to hold our first face to face event in the ACT, since COVID-19 - bringing you the much anticipated Office Market Report for the Canberra market.

Now more than ever is it critical to hear directly about the current state of the market and get the latest insights from our specialist panel members about the expected commercial leasing trends for the next 6 months.

Held at the Hotel Realm, this breakfast event will be held in strict compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, and numbers are very limited due to capacity of the Realm during these times, so don’t miss out on this special event (with discounted ticketing for members).

Join us for the return of face-to-face Property Council events.

Your safety remains our number one priority, and we want you to feel confident
attending our face-to-face event. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19
situation and will continue to do so in the lead up to each event. To ensure
optimal health and sanitary conditions onsite at our events, safety measures in
line with government direction will be implemented on the day. These will include:

  • Gain first access to data and analytics.

  • Find out what COVID-19 means for commercial property.

  • Hear how landlords have responded to the lockdown challenge and what do they have in store as ACT reopens.

  • Learn what tenants want and how they are coping with the current uncertainty with changing workforce demands.

  • Reconnect with your industry colleagues as we emerge from the COVID-19 crisis.

Our event format has been designed to give you a voice in this important conversation.

  • Ask questions.

  • Participate in live audience polling and shape the discussion.

  • Connect with industry colleagues – see their faces and join their conversations.
