Multiplex’s Chris Palandri has claimed the Property Council WA’s Legacy Award, while Finbar Group and Northerly shared the Best Residential Award
honours at the WA Property Awards 2025.
Mr Palandri, Multiplex’s Regional Managing Director, received the night’s top honours for his three decades of service as a commercial property developer
in Perth.
Under his leadership, Multiplex has delivered major projects like Fiona Stanley Hospital, Optus Stadium, and Brookfield Place.
The WA Property Awards 2025 were held at Crown Perth on Friday night, with Premier Roger Cook and more than 400 of the industry’s best and brightest in
attendance.
CBRE and Hawaiian claimed the most titles of all organisations in this year’s Awards Program, taking home three trophies each.
Abbey Agostino, Senior Executive in Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE, was named Stan Perron Rising Star.
CBRE also received the Best Sustainable Project, Development or Initiative Award and Best Innovation Award for the company’s work at QV1.
Hawaiian won the Best Residential Development or Redevelopment for their work on Forrestfield Shopping Centre.
Their SmartSparks and Where It’s At! initiatives earned them the Best Marketing Campaign and Best Community Activation or Engagement awards respectively.
In another closely watched category, Finbar Group and Northerly jointly won the Best Residential Development award for Civic Heart (South Perth) and Altum (Scarborough) respectively.
Property Council WA Executive Director Nicola Brischetto said the WA Property Awards 2025 showcased the best projects and teams in the state’s
property industry.
“Every day, our members contribute to the creation of the incredible buildings, spaces, and places in our cities and regions,” Ms Brischetto said.
“The WA Property Awards represent the best of the best across our industry.
“Whether it’s smart design, creative thinking, overcoming roadblocks and challenges or trailblazing sustainability, they’ve shown what can be achieved with hard work and dedication.
“Additionally, these projects can’t come to life without the people who design, develop and manage them. The Property Council WA is pleased to recognise the
individuals and teams that make these city-changing projects possible.
“Congratulations to all of the night’s winners.”
