All Individual and Team Awards have the following criteria unless otherwise stated:
- Eligible entrants must have projects in WA
*see Property Leader of the Year for more information. - Be domiciled/located in WA
- You or your team must not have won the award
Types of Individual and Team Awards
WA Property Agent of the Year
This award recognises individual excellence in the role of sales agent or leasing agent.
WA Property Manager of the Year
This award recognises individual excellence in Property Management, Facilities Management or Strata Management role.
WA Property Team of the Year
This award recognises excellence in a property team of the year. The team could be Property Management, Facilities Management, Strata Management, Development Management, Consultancy Team, Sales Agency, or Leasing Agency. Your team must consist or 2 or more people but must not exceed 15 people.
Stan Perron Future Leader of the Year
This award recognises a young property professional who is under the age of 35 as of 1 June 2024 and has made a significant contribution to industry, who can demonstrate the capacity for leadership with a clear vision for the future and who embodies the business values of Stan Perron – Integrity, Respect, Excellence, and Team Work – in their professional career.
WA Property Leader of the Year
The purpose of this award is to acknowledge, recognise, encourage and, most importantly, promote the positive contribution made to the industry by property professionals. *This award is open to professionals who have retired within the last two years as at the 1 June 2024, they must be nominated by their preceding company and have worked on projects within WA.

Individual Profile
Applies to Property Agent of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Stan Perron Future Leader of the Year and Property Leader of the Year
Outline the entrant’s career goals and their outstanding commitment to the property industry and community. Include:
- Education and academic achievements

- Professional development / achievement of business goals / career challenges
- Internal business contributions
- Achievement of personal goals.
Team Profile
Applies to Property Team of the Year.
Outline the team’s goals and their outstanding commitment to the property industry and community. Include:
- Team Overview (name and role of each team member)
- Professional development
- Internal business contributions
- Demonstrate how the unique team culture contributes to the team’s success
- Achievement of business and personal goals
- Career
- Team Achievements.
Industry Contribution (60% Weighting) 400 Word Limit for Each Project
Address how the entrant/team has made a significant contribution to the property industry. List 3 projects that the entrant/team has been directly involved with which has shaped Australia’s landscape. Describe how the entrant/team outlined the following elements for each project:
- Economic, social, and environmental impacts
- Innovation
- Individual/team contributions
- Challenges faced and how they were resolved
- Project testimonials, press articles, awards, and certificates
- Testimonials from work colleagues/business associates on performance.Â
References
All entrants/teams will be asked to provide two references should they be required.
