WA Property Awards 2024

The property industry’s night of nights

Join us for the WA Property industry’s night of nights as we celebrate the success of the industry and crown the prestigious winners of the 2024 WA Property Awards!

Every day, our members contribute to the creation of the incredible buildings, spaces, and places in our cities and regions – in which our communities live, work, learn, and play. These projects can’t come to life without the people who design, develop and manage them, yet often we reward the project itself, without recognising the individuals or teams that made it possible.

We have several award categories to recognise the depth, expertise and skill of the Property Council membership.

The Property Council of Australia is honoured to welcome back a number of property, experts, plus a few new faces, who collectively form our esteemed judging panel, and we are thrilled to call for nominations in the following categories.

All of the winners will be announced at our Property Awards Night Dinner to be held at Optus Stadium on Friday 11 October 2024 at a lavish black tie gala event. Bring your colleagues, peers and loved ones and join us where we will celebrate all of the excellent nominees and winners in style with a sumptuous dinner, great entertainment and a chance to shine a spotlight on what makes our industry so special.
