WA Property Awards 2025
The property industry’s night of nights
Join us for the WA property industry’s premier event as we celebrate excellence and unveil the winners of the 2025 WA Property Awards!
Every day, our members shape the remarkable buildings, spaces, and places where our communities live, work, learn, and play. While projects often take the spotlight, it’s the people behind them—the designers, developers, and managers—who bring them to life.
This year, we’re taking the awards to new heights. Our categories and criteria have been refined to better recognise the depth, expertise, and skill within our industry, ensuring we celebrate the individuals and teams that drive innovation and success.
We are honoured to welcome back esteemed property experts, alongside fresh new faces, to our prestigious judging panel. Nominations will open shortly across an exciting range of categories.
Mark your calendars—our Awards Night Dinner is moving forward to Friday 13 June 2025 at Crown Perth. This black-tie gala promises an unforgettable evening of celebration, networking, and entertainment. Gather your colleagues, peers, and loved ones as we honour the outstanding achievements of our industry in style.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of this spectacular night—stay tuned for more details on how to nominate!
