Eligibility
This award is only applicable to team nominations. Individual entries are ineligible for this award.
Category
For teams who deliver consistently high levels of service to internal or external stakeholders and demonstrate excellent collaboration in the creative and effective ways they discharge their responsibilities.Â
Winners of this award will be nominated by their stakeholders and can be teams of any size, with a minimum of 50% of the team being based in regional Victoria as defined HERE.
Criteria
Please note the criteria are not a guide, nominations that do not address the criteria specifically may be at a disadvantage.
Team Profile – (Weighting 30%) Limit 1,000 words
- Provide an overview of team
- Detail the dynamic of team (how does it work, why is it successful?)
- Detail who is the leader and why they are effective in leading the team
- Share the overall results/outcomes the team (a contribution, project, program, overall business results)
- How has the results/outcomes contributed to overall business or community success.
Industry Contribution – (Weighting 50%) Limit 1,000 words
Describe one key innovation in more detail, including details such as:
- Description of the innovation itself and the problem it addresses
- Why it is innovative or transformational
- The impact it has had across either commercial outcomes, social outcomes or environmental outcomes. Provide supporting evidence from those that have benefitted from the innovative and creative solution (a minimum of three referees, preferably not all from the same organisation)
- Challenges faced and how they were resolvedÂ
- Knowledge sharing via published articles, speaking engagements, certificates and media coverage.
Industry Referee (Weighting 20%)

Please note nominations MUST be submitted by COB Friday 14 March 2025.
All nominations will go through a strict judging process prior to finalists and winners being selected.
If a sufficient number of applications is not received for any award category, the Property Council reserves the right not to proceed to awarding a winner.Â
