Paige Walker is the Chief Executive Officer of Fiveight. At the helm of the company, she is the dynamic orchestrator of Fiveight’s business strategy, responsible for navigating uncharted territory to deliver on the company’s ambitious challenger vision.

Supported by a powerful team of industry experts, Paige’s powerful leadership is fuelled by her passion for property and unwavering commitment to drive Fiveight forward into a new phase of growth. She leads a multi-disciplinary team towards the development and delivery of Fiveight’s landmark projects across some of Australia’s most iconic places and spaces.

Paige joined Fiveight in July 2023 as the company’s inaugural Chief Executive Officer. She joined from Mirvac, where she spent 16 years and most recently held the position of General Manager — Residential Development WA, responsible for all apartments and master-planned communities in WA, from acquisition through to delivery.

A renowned industry leader, Paige recently completed a two-year term as the WA President of the Property Council and was also Vice-President for four years. She also serves as a Non Executive Director for leading aged care provider, Bethanie Housing, and “My Home” Australasia, an initiative designed to provide housing for people who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.

Paige holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and a Masters of Property (Property and Construction) from RMIT University. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
