Olivia del Piano is the Head of Commercial Real Estate Financing at Deutsche Bank and Co-Head of the Loans & Structured Credit business in Australia which is an integrated financing platform across corporate lending and commercial real estate financing. She is responsible for the origination and underwriting of transactions, focused on commercial real estate and alternative assets, as well as distribution to banks, insurers and institutional investors. Olivia has built a track record in structuring, underwriting and syndicating complex financings across all forms of the capital structure and has responsibility for ESG lending in APAC.

Olivia joined Deutsche Bank in 2011 following a legal career, leads dbGO in Australia, Deutsche Bank’s gender opportunity network and was recently recognized by Women in Banking and Finance when she was awarded the 2024 Achievement in Institutional, Corporate and Investment Banking Award.
