Michael Dwyer is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership in fund management and real estate, with a strong focus on the Australia and Asia-Pacific markets. Renowned for building and leading high-performing teams, Michael has consistently delivered strong returns to investors through strategic acquisitions, effective asset management and successful exits.

He served as CEO of Allco REIT (now Frasers Commercial Trust), the first independent cross-border commercial REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange. Under his leadership, the REIT raised S$500 million and expanded its portfolio with key acquisitions across Australia, Singapore and Japan. He played a pivotal role in facilitating its sale to Frasers Centrepoint in 2008.

Michael also led Cambridge Real Estate Investment Management (CREIM) as CEO, managing a diversified portfolio of unlisted Australian REITs valued at over A$1.2 billion. At CREIM, he spearheaded a strategic partnership with National Australia Bank and Mitsui & Co to develop a 27-asset industrial portfolio. This initiative culminated in a highly successful IPO, raising S$200 million and achieving a 12-times oversubscription. The portfolio was later sold to e-Shang Redwood (now ESR LOGOS REIT) in 2017.
