Leah Wright, a Partner at Minter Ellison in Adelaide, who has worked closely with PBSA developers and operators for over 15 years.  Leah specialises in commercial property law with a focus on the student accommodation sector. Leah was the principal legal adviser to Urbanest for over a decade and works with other PBSA providers, universities and student accommodation industry bodies.  She is actively involved in the South Australian property industry, including her role on the board of the Property Council of Australia’s SA Division.
