With over 30 years of experience in the strategic, development, construction and operations of varied real estate asset classes, John brings significant leadership expertise to Campus Living Villages (CLV) and the PBSA sector. Joining CLV as Chief Operating Officer in 2017, John was responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic operations of the Australian business, building resilient university partnerships and identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies and expand the AU business operations to maximise opportunities and market conditions. Since 2024, John has headed up CLV’s DD&C to drive the development pipeline and deliver process improvements across CLV in AU, UK and the US. John is currently Deputy Chair of PCA’s Student Accommodation Council.
