We thank Revenue NSW for the invitation to provide a submission to the legislative review of State Revenue and Fines Legislation Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 2022 (the Act). On behalf of our members, the Property Council is able to provide evidence-based analysis of the Act in practice, and demonstrate its broader impact on the property industry, the NSW economy, and the government’s housing delivery mandate.
