PROPERTY COUNCIL LODGES SUBMISSION ON STRATA TITLES REGULATIONS

The WA Property Council has recently lodged a formal submission on the draft Strata Titles Regulations, the final step in the process before the legislation becomes fully operational later this year.

Our Strata Reform working group, comprised of key members across a number of our State committees, assisted in the formation of the submission.

The submission puts forward comments that are intended to provide insight into aspects of the reform that can add most value to the property industry, and assist with the critical role the industry plays in creating prosperity, jobs and strong communities for current and future generations of Western Australians.
