The Property Council of Australia welcomes the opportunity to respond to and assist in elevating the outcomes produced by the City of Perth Local Planning Strategy (“the Strategy”).
As our city and state grow, we must focus on delivering high-quality, innovative and connected communities.
To do this, we must effectively utilise space to deliver higher density opportunity hubs and transport corridors to meet the needs of current and future
residents of Perth.
We recognise that the City of Perth prepared the Strategy; however, through WAPC and
Ministerial endorsement, it also represents a commitment by the state government.
