North Sydney Economic Development StrategyThe Property Council of Australia welcomes the opportunity to comment on the North Sydney Economic Development Strategy (the Strategy).The Strategy is heavily weighted towards the examination of issues and strategies associated with those areas which Council directly controls. This has caused an emphasis on the topics of small scale place making and the need for Council to increase support for small businesses via additional dedicated resourcing.
