The Property Council WA has provided feedback to the Draft Council Policy 3.5 Initiation of Local Planning Scheme Amendments (“Draft Policy”).
The submission supports the Draft Policy and proposes some minor considerations to the Draft Policy to enable planning to continue to support a strong investment and development environment for the City of Perth, aligned with the planning vision for the future.
