City of Melbourne Affordable housing strategy submission

In response to the City of Melbourne’s Affordable Housing Strategy, the Property Council Victoria made a submission urging the Future Melbourne Committee to reconsider its approach to affordable housing. The paper broadly asserts that affordable housing should be produce incentives rather than mandates.
