Calls for Consistent Christmas Trading 

The Property Council has made a submission to the State government on 2016-17 Christmas and New Years trading hours.

The Property Council is calling for consistency throughout the Christmas trading period including:

Proposed trading hours: weekdays  7am9pm (instead of the normal 8am9pm), Saturdays  7am9pm (instead of the normal 8am5pm), and Sundays – 8 am6pm on Sundays and public holidays (instead of the normal 11am5pm).
