As per our previous submissions relating to Bruce Highway Western Alternative in July and November 2021 and August 2022, we wish to again emphasize that South-East Queensland is in the grips of a housing affordability and availability crisis. Industry continues to work closely with all three levels of Government to tackle this crisis to expedite the delivery of land to market and remove obstacles which impede swift and efficient progression of development.
