Better Apartments in Neighborhoods Discussion Paper

 

The objective of the discussion paper is to build on the Better Apartments Design Standards in the Victoria Planning Provisions, which were introduced in 2017.

The proposal outlines five policy aims for new apartments:

  • Green Space

  • High quality building facades

  • Protection from wind impacts

  • Attractive, engaging streets

  • Better managed construction impact
