About Excellence in Development Award
The Excellence in Development Award recognises and publicly rewards the efficient use of capital in a new or refurbished shopping centre development.
Eligible entrants are shopping centre developments or refurbishments that have been completed in the previous three years, have been operating for at least one year as of 1 July 2024 and have not previously won the award.
Nominations for the 2024 Excellence in Development Awards will close on Friday 9 August 2024.
The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to combine or change the size of categories if required.

Properties < 12,000sqm – $425
Properties 12-35,000sqm – $525
Properties 35-50,000sqm – $625
Properties > 50,000sqm – $725
*Second and third nominations = $399
*Fourth and subsequent nominations = Free of Charge
