About Excellence in Centre Management Award
The Excellence in Centre Management Award is presented to the property management team that adheres to the highest standards of maintenance, cleaning, user comfort, general presentation and retail, along with showing innovation in the management sphere.

The independent judging panel will consider the overall customer experience delivered by the property including, but not limited to, customer service, traffic flow, and innovative centre-based initiatives to attract and enhance the shopper’s overall experience.

The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to combine or change the size of categories if required.

Properties 12-35,000sqm – $525
Properties 35-50,000sqm – $625
Properties > 50,000sqm – $725
*Second and third nominations = $399
*Fourth and subsequent nominations = Free of Charge
