In October last year, Retail First’s Toowong Village was crowned the 2023 Queensland Retail Property of the Year after being a strong performer across all the awards it entered.
Judges in last year’s awards had their work cut out for them, receiving a number of high-calibre entries.
The finalists for the Retail Property of the Year Award was narrowed down to four finalists, but ultimately it was Toowong Village’s work in repositioning a land-locked vertical asset through innovative development thinking with a corresponding marketing campaign that saw it crowned winner.
