New leadership for QBCC and EDQ

The Property Council looks forward to working with the new leadership at QBCC and EDQ.

Queensland Building and Construction Commission

Greg Chemello, former CEO of Moreton Bay Regional Council and a former General Manager of EDQ has been appointed as Chair of the Board of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC). Amelia Hodge also joins the QBCC Board.

The Queensland Government has appointed Angelo Lambrinos as the new Commissioner of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC). 

The Property Council of Australia welcomes the appointments and looks forward to working with the QBCC.

Economic Development Queensland 

The Queensland Government also recently appointed Julian Simmonds as Acting CEO of EDQ while a recruitment process is undertaken. The Property Council of Australia looks forward to continuing to work closely with EDQ.
