Market engagement has commenced for the Gabba entertainment precinct.

The State Government has commenced formal market engagement with the private sector for the redevelopment of the Woolloongabba housing and entertainment precinct.

The nine-hectare site includes the former GoPrint site and the Gabba stadium (post –Brisbane 2032 Games), and is supported by transport infrastructure including the South East Busway and Cross River Rail.

Following market engagement, a competitive process will be developed, and the private sector will then be invited to submit detailed proposals.

The development of the precinct forms part of the Queensland Government’s 2032 Delivery Plan.
