At a sold-out site tour, 45 attendees were given a tour of Riviere by ARIA – taking in the distinctive architecture perched atop the iconic Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
With views of the Brisbane River, the Botanic Gardens and the evolving CBD skyline this development seeks to capture the essence of the sub-tropics.
Attendees were given a tour of the expansive green and communal spaces by ARIA Development Director Brent Liddell. This 12-storey building is home to 8,210 trees and plants giving residents the opportunity to reconnect with the outdoors.
Attendees were told of the challenges that a premier development like Riviere presents in today’s construction climate.
In 2022, ARIA absorbed workers from the project’s builder CONDEV to ensure the project was delivered on time and in line with buyer’s expectations.
