The Queensland Government have announced they are seeking nominations for Development Tribunals general referees.
The Development Tribunals provide a service for Queenslanders and statutory agencies wishing to appeal a range of building, planning and plumbing related decisions made by local governments, private certifiers and other bodies across Queensland.
There are currently 105 Ministerially appointed referees to constitute these tribunals. The term of appointment of the current referees expires on 7 March 2024.
