One-bedroom apartments are priced from $550,000 to $590,000, two-bedroom apartments are $650,000 to $935,000 and three-bedroom harbourfront apartments are priced from $1,150,000 to $1,750,000.
“The attractive entry price point for these harbourside apartments has also provided an opportunity for first home buyers for whom harbourside living would otherwise have been a pipedream,” Dyer explains.

Subject to approval, construction of Nautilus is expected to commence in the first half of 2021. Completion of Nautilus is scheduled for late 2023.
