Frasers Property Australia has appointed a new chief financial officer, following Anthony Boyd’s promotion to CEO. Anita Hoskins takes on the role after nearly four years as CFO of Carnival Australia, part of Carnival Corporation & plc, one of the world’s largest leisure travel companies. Boyd took the CEO reins from Rod Fehring in October. Hoskins has held high-profile leadership positions with Broadspectrum, Brookfield Multiplex and EY.
Tim Courtnall is returning to CBRE to lead the firm’s NSW office leasing business, after four years leading office leasing for Cushman & Wakefield in New South Wales. Courtnall, who assumes the role of state director for advisory and transaction services, investor leasing, in NSW, has been involved in campaigns for landmark Sydney assets such as The MLC Centre, Gateway, 20 Martin Place, Darling Park and 2 Market Street.
National independent valuer and advisor m3property has promoted Brisbane-based associate Duane Gilliland to director of retail. Gilliland joined m3property in 2018 following a decade with Herron Todd White. Managing director of m3property’s Queensland division, Ross Perkins, says Gilliland’s promotion followed his strong performance in his former role as associate director.
