Former Colliers national director Nick Greenwell joins TM Insight, Kristen Le Mesurier joins Platypus Asset Management from AMP Capital and QIC appoints portfolio manager Peter Siapikoudis.

Former Colliers national director Nick Greenwell joins TM Insight to bolster its NSW team. The supply chain and property specialist has appointed Greenwell director of property in NSW. Greenwell most recently led the industrial tenant advisory department at Colliers. He has also held senior roles with Investa Property Group, Walker Corporation and Fife Capital. Greenwell will be based in TM Insight’s Sydney office.

After five years with AMP Capital, Kristen Le Mesurier has joined Platypus Asset Management in its lead ESG and engagement role. Le Mesurier was most recently AMP Capital’s portfolio manager for the ethical leaders diversified funds. Before joining AMP Capital, Le Mesurier was an associate director with Asia Pacific Prudential Securities and a litigator with Piper Alderman.

Peter Siapikoudis has joined QIC as portfolio manager for its core infrastructure fund, the QIP. With two decades of experience in funds management, Siapikoudis was most recently with Atticus Capital as managing director and principal. He was previously head of infrastructure with Frontier Advisors, and CEO and portfolio manager of The Infrastructure Fund at Hastings Funds Management. In this new role, Siapikoudis joins 50 investment professionals in the QIC global infrastructure team.

Daniel Farley is the new head of direct property at Australian finance and investment house Wingate. Farley moves across from his role as fund manager at EG. He has previously held roles at Macquarie Group and NAB.

With a background working on energy efficiency and sustainability in government buildings, Samantha Philips has taken a role as deputy executive director, customer and service planning at Sydney Metro.
