Carol Schwartz AO, convenor of the Property Champions of Change, has stepped down from the Qualitas board after more than a dozen years. Schwartz has been replaced by Brian Delaney, who resigned from the QIC board in January after eight years as an executive director. She also sits on the board of the Reserve Bank of Australia. Schwartz remains a Qualitas shareholder.

Former CBRE Asia-Pacific chief executive Rob Blain has taken a non-executive directorship with Cromwell Property Group. Blain has more than 40 years of real estate experience, and spent almost 20 years in a variety of senior roles with CBRE in Hong Kong. In 2014, Blain transitioned to the role of executive chair for CBRE Asia-Pacific before retiring from his executive career in 2019 and returning to Australia. Blain is joined by ex-Lendlease Asia CEO Ooi Eng Peng, who is based in Singapore. Ooi spent 30 years in a variety of senior roles with Lendlease, in Australia and Asia, before embarking on a non-executive career. He currently chair of SGX-listed ESR REIT and non-executive director of Savant Global Capital. The board is looking to appoint a new permanent CEO following the departure of Paul Weightman earlier this year.

After joining forces in September, integrated supply chain and property firms TM Insight and XAct Solutions have unveiled a new brand: TMX. TMX is led by Travis Erridge, chief executive officer and co-founder.

Killigrew brings with him close to 20 years’ experience in project management, strategic business development and innovation, including roles with LandCorp, KPMG and Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA. MNG provides a complete spectrum of surveying and spatial solutions. Killigrew will be responsible for driving growth and building brand awareness across the West Australian operation.
